Tell us what help you need. We will introduce you to self-employed carers in your area, with their rates up front. You arrange it directly with the carer you choose, and more of what you pay reaches the person doing the caring.

You deal with the carer, not an agency

The person who visits is the person you agree the arrangement with. No rota changes you did not ask for, no different face every week.

You see the rate before you commit

Carers set their own rates, typically £22 to £28 an hour. Agencies charge £26 to £38 for the same visit and pay the carer around £13.

Checks are done and kept current

Every carer we introduce has an enhanced DBS check and public liability insurance, and we track the renewal dates so nothing quietly lapses.
